A few random things.. ****The coolest thing happened yesterday. I was sweeping the floors and the name of a friend came to mind. I thought that I needed to email her and check on her. Really check on her, find out how she is really doing. A few minutes later the phone rang and it was a woman that I didn’t know asking if I knew the friend I had just been thinking of! It turns out, my friend is going to be speaking close to where I live and she had told this lady to contact me & see if my church may want to attend. I told the woman that I had been thinking of my friend and we should pray for her today since she was on both of our minds and hearts. So, I email my friend. And as I was emailing her, she was emailing me the answers to all of my questions and checking on me. It was the strangest thing. Isn’t God a hoot??!! I laughed and I know my friend did too. I think God laughed right with us! I love Christian friends, they are the best! ****Yesterday was a stormy Monday and I loved it!! ****I hate picking out ice cream for my family. Some don’t like chocolate, some don’t like nuts, some won’t eat vanilla, not everyone likes strawberry. This explains why we don’t ever have ice cream at my house. ****It looks as if we are headed to Branson to celebrate some birthdays this month. I’m so excited! ****The end of the school year is in sight. Can I get an Hallelujah from anyone??!! ****Tragic story. Word on the street is the pool may not open this year. I’ve not cried yet, but if it ends up being true and the pool is closed there will be waling and gnashing of teeth! ****I’ll end with this. It doesn’t serve anyone well if we live a life speaking negatively, not doing our best, and waiting on someone else to do what God has asked us to do. The world will not be a better place, God’s Kingdom will not increase and your witness will not be what it should be if we sit, watch and wait for others to do what we need to be doing!

Celebrating and decorating with purpose is my favorite thing to do. When I am not filling a tree with ornaments or throwing a birthday party for my golden doodle, I am being mom to a super cool tween son, the wife to a fine blue eyed man and selling real estate. I call northeast Arkansas home and when I am not loving on my people or celebrating in our space, I am using words to express myself here or on my podcast. Be sure to follow me!
