Stephen and I are getting close to our 17th anniversary. And in all of these years we’ve had bedtime snacks.
We started eating Granny Smith apples and caramel dip while watching ER and Chicago Hope on tv. Those were the days.
Now that we have children, we wait until they’ve gone to bed and then we eat.
We’ve eaten chocolate chip cookies, no bake cookies, fruit and fruit dip.
Lately, we’ve been eating popcorn (not microwaved! Coach Whitson taught me how to make popcorn on the stove many years ago, and I must say I’m pretty good at it!), and s’mores.
Man, I love a s’more!
I put a marshmallow on a graham cracker under the broiler and when it is nice and brown, I take it out , put the chocolate and cracker on top and man its good!!
I think they’ve made me sleep better lately.
How about you? Do you have bedtime snacks?
Julie
We too have bedtime snacks. It's usually ice cream, but if we happen to have some kind of dessert in the fridge then we have a little of that. We, too, make our popcorn on the stove opposed to microwaving it and occassionally have it for a bedtime snack, although that's more for my husband than it is for me.

No, Julie, I do not have bedside snacks any longer. I have coronary artery disease, diabetes, and am kind of fat.You and the Reverend should take stock of my condition and act accordingly.Y.D.

No bedtime snacks but we do have coffee and cookies every night. Does that count? Oh and they have the best carmel popcorn here. We get it every time we go to the movies. It is some kind of good.
